Under the “Distance Selling Regulations”, you reserve the right to return/exchange an item (conditions apply, see below), provided it is in a fully resalable condition and original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. To do this, you will need to retain and provide the receipt/invoice for your order. For returns, upon inspection of the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. You (i.e. the customer) are responsible for return and exchange delivery costs and methods. We are happy to take returns/exchanges at the address given below.

A return for Fresh and Frozen Food items will not be accepted due to health and safety reasons. A return for a faulty product, regardless of type (except Fresh & Frozen Food), will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return postage will not be arranged, but costs will be reimbursed (subject to retention of proof of postage) if it is a faulty Product otherwise the customer is responsible for the Return Postage. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace it.

Fresh & Frozen Food include All meat, all vegetable, and all frozen products and they will be accepted for return in case of faulty product within 24hours of the Purchase date. The return is only refunded to the original source of payment.
